Emily McDonald 

Senior Client Relations Manager

Emily began her career in the United States Navy as a Personnel Administrative Assistant stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. Following her separation from the Navy, she completed her undergraduate degree in Business and Human Resources and earned her MBA from Lakeland University in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Before working at Meridian, Emily developed strong project management, human resources, administrative, and organizational skills while working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. She enjoys applying these talents to our Kimberly office.

In her free time, Emily and her husband, Mikey, enjoy traveling. Most recently, they have visited Iceland and Scotland. They also love road trips to Wyoming, where Emily grew up, and to Ohio, where Mikey is originally from. When they’re not traveling, they enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, relaxing by the lake, or spending time with family and friends. In July 2025, Emily and Mikey welcomed their first daughter, Millie, to their family.
